From quality inspection upon component arrival on our dock to the final placement of finished items in the hands of the carrier, multiple quality checks are in place to ensure the completed assembly meets both the customer and our standards. Our software permits the tracking of an individual component from arrival, permits us to know which tech assembled the item, which work order/invoice the components were used to complete and finally the carrier tracking number.
